I have a background in research and human-centered design and I'm passionate about human behavior regarding technology we use in our everyday lives.

I have a little over 2-years of industry experience in research through work with Seattle Children's Hospital, Amazon Web Services, Warner Bros. Games, and Meta, where I’ve held positions of various levels, including leading and owning research processes end-to-end. Additionally, I also have 2-years of academic research experience.

Prior to entering the UX field, I worked 5 years in the social welfare field in various settings, such as education, employment, and housing. I’ve worked with diverse populations with unique needs and supported them by navigating systems, identified barriers and action steps, and coordinated wrap-around services in order to enhance their well-being and improve quality of life.

Outside of UX, I have an undying love for video games and play a wide variety of genres. I also love photography and try to get out and shoot whenever I have free time. My current focus is on street photography but I’m looking to expand my craft more into product and commercial photography. I’ve also started dabbling in filmmaking and currently working on a personal documentary about my immigrant Vietnamese mom.
